charming hotel with easy access to many attractions

I loved staying here because it was just a few steps from the Belfry and Burg Square, making it so easy to explore Bruges on foot at my own pace, and the delightful breakfast with a wide variety made for a perfect start to the day. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing maps and local insight to enhance my city strolls, although I would have liked bigger towels in the bathroom.

Great staff and the best breakfast, but the wifi was spotty.

Canal view rooms offer stunning scenery. The Wi-Fi connection barely worked, which was frustrating for planning bike tours. Breakfast options included delicious local specialties.

The canal view from the room was stunning, creating a picturesque ambiance for our stay. Breakfast was an elaborate buffet with made-to-order options, perfectly fueling our exploration of the area. While the cobblestone streets to the hotel can be challenging with luggage, the central location made it easy to access all attractions. The staff were genuinely friendly and provided thoughtful touches like complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival.

We had an amazing time relaxing in the Heritage room, and the breakfast view overlooking the canal was just breathtaking! The cozy lounge area and the beautiful sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only downside was the bathroom door setup, which felt a bit odd, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 😊

great decor , but limited room space

The decor of the hotel truly stands out — it has character, unlike typical modern hotels. The canal boat trip nearby was a perfect touch for easy sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally polite, always ready to assist....  

i recently stayed in bruges again and it was amazing, even better than my last visit. the heritage room was spacious and perfectly decorated, making me feel right at home. the staff were incredibly friendly and the views of the canal...

The room's state left something to be desired. a broken shower and dust were unfortunate distractions. I also had to request basic items like bath robes and a kettle, which felt unnecessary for a place at this level. The carpet needs attention, as it wasn't vacuumed properly until I brought it up. Additionally, for the star rating, the available space felt a bit cramped, with no dressing area or significant mirrors aside from the bathroom. As a couple, we found that the corridor outside our room carried an unpleasant smell, which was off-putting. The noise from the canal and adjacent dining area could also disrupt the peace, especially with tour queues right outside.

would happily go back again

The junior suite was super cozy and had nice features like air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast was delicious with freshly baked croissants and local cheeses. The staff was genuine and super helpful. Loved the canal views from the terrace, so relaxing! Plus, the massage service was a perfect touch for unwinding.

Absolutely loved our quiet and cozy Heritage Room! The breakfast was incredible with freshly baked pastries. The only downside was the noise from the street. Can't wait to visit again! 😊

Charming outdoor terrace.

My family and I faced several issues during our stay. The breakfast room was stifling hot, making the meal uncomfortable. I also found it frustrating that my pre-visit request for parking was ignored twice. Having to phone up the day before just to confirm was really inconvenient.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the cozy bar, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast options. On my first stay, the staff helped me carry my heavy bags, which I still remember fondly. Don't miss the lovely complimentary...
